PSR Mandatory Reimbursement
In force since 7 October 2024. Banks must reimburse APP fraud victims up to £85,000 per claim and demonstrate "reasonable steps" to prevent fraud.
Ofcom CLI Guidance
In force since 29 January 2025. Operators expected to identify and block calls spoofing UK numbers. Mobile equivalent expected shortly with a 12-month implementation window.
